At the beginning, we naturally need to get to know each other and talk about the entire project. We need to know your wishes, expectations regarding the final result but also regarding the course of the project and implementation. This way we can at least roughly determine the timeline and which contractors we will need to find. After that we can prepare an offer.

A site visit follows, where we need to measure the project accurately, mark all installations and all details so that nothing surprises us later. We photograph the project as much as possible and analyze the existing condition. We talk to you again, this time more about individual rooms and future life in them.

After analyzing the existing condition, we prepare floor plan conceptual designs. How many options there are depends on the project, but we prepare them based on functionality, sensibility and your wishes and requirements. We also present moodboard, reference examples and color combinations. Also presentation of 3d model and renders depends on the project, whether it makes sense already at the third meeting or in the next one. We wait for your response and decisions to determine the final floor plan and spatial concept.

When we find the optimal floor plan layout and have the concept and 3d model developed the selection of colors and materials follows. We start with the selection of floors, parquet, tiles and also sanitary ware.

At this stage when the furniture volumes are already determined we draw detailed carpentry plans with all details and determined materials, colors, handles and other details. Furniture that will not be made by carpentry is searched for and proposed so that it can be ordered later.

Depending on the project, whether we prepare the installations from scratch or whether only some changes are needed. We also help with lighting and lamp selection.

When we finally reach this point we regularly monitor the progress of the project implementation. This does not mean that we are on the construction site every day, however we are prepared for corrections, changes and observe that everything goes as we planned.
